Project Love Run is a safe space for womxn to meet others, get their bodies moving, and discover the joy of running. Physical activity leaders can help people join one of the running groups or start their own chapter to help expand the network of safe and inclusive spaces for BIPOC womxn.

Active for Life helps Canadians raise active kids who love to move. At Activeforlife.com, parents, educators, and coaches will find fun activities, inspiring articles, and free resources to get kids active, healthy, and happy.

ConnecTogether is an online learning platform featuring presentations from like-minded organizations, adaptive fitness, dance, yoga, music, gardening courses and more. We are here to help connect and encourage people living with physical disabilities.

Healthy Together @ Home

Healthy Together @ Home is a fun, free, weekly program for parents and caregivers with toddlers and children. Each session includes a learning activity, cooking activity and physical activity that encourages and promotes living a healthy lifestyle & wellness.

Healthy Together Facilitator Online Training

Become a Healthy Together certified facilitator by taking the online facilitator training. You'll receive access to all materials and facilitator resources and curriculum which is ready to implement, including posters, handouts and recipes.

Osteofit Program Information

A safe exercise and education program created by BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre for older adults who may be experiencing osteoporosis and osteopenia and/or for older adults interested in a fall prevention program, fitness and healthy bones.
