Gender Equity in Sport and Physical Activity Policy

Women are historically and significantly underrepresented in all areas of sport participation, especially in terms of management, administration, coaching, and officiating. To address the gender inequities found throughout the sport continuum, viaSport has created a Gender Equity in Sport and Physical Activity Policy with specific policy recommendations.
